This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by Rhino I.T., a trade name (DBA) of FGCO Holdings LLC (“Rhino I.T.”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using Rhino I.T. services, systems, websites, communications platforms, or managed solutions, users agree to comply with this policy.
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of services.
1. Purpose
This AUP is intended to:
- Protect customers and users
- Protect Rhino I.T. systems and services
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Prevent abuse of communications and technology platforms
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Rhino I.T. services to engage in:
Illegal Activities
Including but not limited to:
- Fraud
- Identity theft
- Unauthorized access
- Distribution of illegal materials
- Money laundering
- Criminal activity
Spam & Unsolicited Communications
Including:
- Spam
- Mass unsolicited communications
- Unauthorized robocalling
- TCPA violations
- CAN-SPAM violations
- Illegal SMS campaigns
- Messaging without required consent
Telecommunications Abuse
Users may not use Rhino I.T. services for:
- Caller ID spoofing
- Traffic pumping
- Artificial inflation of telecom usage
- IRSF (International Revenue Share Fraud)
- Unauthorized call forwarding abuse
- Telecom fraud
Security Violations
Including:
- Malware distribution
- Phishing
- Credential theft
- Unauthorized penetration testing
- Circumventing security controls
- Attempted exploitation
Security testing requires written authorization.
Network Abuse
Including:
- Denial-of-service attacks
- Excessive resource consumption
- Unauthorized scanning
- Interference with systems
Harassment or Harmful Conduct
Including:
- Threats
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Hate-based activity
- Illegal discrimination
3. Messaging & SMS Compliance
Users utilizing messaging services must comply with:
- TCPA requirements
- CTIA guidelines
- Carrier requirements
- 10DLC regulations
- Applicable laws
Required consent must be obtained before sending recurring SMS communications.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Rhino I.T. services may depend upon third-party providers.
Violations of provider terms may also violate this AUP.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
Rhino I.T. reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend access
- Restrict services
- Remove content
- Cooperate with legal authorities
where legally permitted or required.
6. Reporting Abuse
Suspected abuse may be reported to:

- Screenshots/logs (if available)
7. No Guarantee of Service Availability
Enforcement actions taken under this policy may temporarily interrupt access to services.
Rhino I.T. reserves discretion regarding protective actions necessary to maintain system integrity.
8. Changes to This Policy
Rhino I.T. may update this AUP periodically.
Updated versions become effective upon publication.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
